What do you think of this poem?

Question

For my English class, we've been asked to write a tanka poem (Japanese poetry: 5 syllables, 7, 5, and then two more lines of seven syllables)

This is my first time writing this kind of poetry, so I'm not very confident in this, which why I want your opinion. Any critiques, suggestions, and advice would be fantastic!

"The wind did bring you
Into my heart’s empty field
And so my heart bloomed
With flowers in the dawns light
And the scars’ finally healed "

I don't know much about tanka poems or anything like that.
