@Joe If I call the xbox company than the reception will pick up your call and put you on a 300 long list also known as the crap list. The Best way to get a job for the gaming industry is call the right person or mail the right person.

Try calling Xbox and explaining with as much detail as possible. That will give them mroe to work with and what you're hoping to do. Such things can be experience, why you want to, location, age, how many games, favorite ones. Pretty much anything related to Xbox at all can help.
