Not an athiest, but I believe he has the potential to be a good influence for everyone regardless of his religious background. If he stays in the limelight and never grows an ego or gets caught in some scandal, of course he would be a good influence. He would be showing the world to 1) not take sports too seriously 2) never forget your religion and/or beliefs (or lack thereof) 3) Act in a responsible manner in public 4) care for others (especially if you have more 'extra')

And much more lessons could be learned from his life while not considering the religious stance he takes.

The servant of the Lord Tim Tebow is a source of inspiration for many people but many atheists seemed put off by his dedication to the Lord.

He's teaching the kids that want to go pro that it's important to focus more on the game and less on whatever trite bullshit you think is compelling you to play... well, not "well" in Tebow's case, but you get the idea.

I really think that if a quarterback ran around saying "gods are fake!" constantly, there would be significant uproar. No, Tebow is a jerk.

Yes he is an excellent influence on atheist kids because he can help show them the light, and the one true god, and the one true path to god, Jesus Christ.

    Yes.

Who else got so many people to google "John 3:16"?
