Semi Permanent Hair dye?
I have dark blonde hair, and am allergic to bleaches and permanent hair dye. I want to dye my fringe an unusual colour but cannot bleach it beforehand. What is the best semi permanent dye brand and what colour would stick best? Thanks.

How dark is your blonde?.... Semi-Permanent is a deposit only color, It won't lighten the hair.
