The back of my hand feels like it's asleep/numb days after being exposed to cold?

I had to walk home from campus two days ago in -15 wind chill weather, and my hand was uncovered for most of it (other than being in my pockets some of the walk). The back of my left hand has felt like it's asleep ever since. Do you know what could be the cause of this or how to help resolve the problem? I'm growing concerned...

It really sounds like frost bite to me. I would see your doctor to discuss treatment options, especially since it has been a couple of days.

No. Thats a sign of poor circulation. Unless you are playing in the snow without gloves.
