So after some parties to release stress
And some nights staying awake thinking about my new problemz due to losing my job
My biological clock switched around!!
So now ill go to sleep like at 5-6 am
And then wake up by 12 or 1 during the day
Which is hard because i got a lot of things to do but i need to wake up early
The thing is right now im never sleepy around this time and i will fall asleep like at 5
Any tips on how to go back to my normal schedule or how to fall asleep easily?

the quick and unnatural way is taking medication.
the other option is suggest is, try to shift your biological clock slowly by delay your sleeping time little by little. for example, try to sleep after 6am, then 7am, 8am, and continue until you bed time become normal again. or you can make it backwards, try to sleep a little earlier.
