Could somebody tell me which product could likely be the largest internal tampon?
I am looking for pad which has a biggish diameter available in the UK. Not being an expert in his field I was rather hoping somebody could make some suggestions.
I am trying to make some polishing pads for jewellery to attach to a rotary drill, and it suddenly occurred to me that something like this cut up into sections may do!

Absorbency ratings are consistent across all manufacturers, so the largest tampon would be a Super Plus Extra - rayon tampons are more absorbent than cotton tampons, obviously though cotton tampons are the least rough and the least environmentally damaging, so look for Cottons or Natracare brands.

Just get any brand tampon in the size super plus or ultra plus. They're the biggest!
