  • Vauxhall Zafira problem Code P0597?

I have the "spanner" light coming up on my 2006 1.8 zafira. The pedal test is showing code 0597, which I understand to be open or short thermostat heater control unit. It has been suggested to ne that it may be the coolant temperature heat sensor on the thermostat, but reading info on line tells me it could be the thermostat. The car doesn't appear to be overheating, and it otherwise seems to be driving normally. Heater ok and working properly. Could somebody tell me what they think the problem may be please?

  • Gentlement - A question on shaving?

Shaving using a dual edge safety razor is considered by some to result in a good quality close shave, far superior to the shave from a multiblade cartridge system. However, that majority of men use these systems. If you do, Could you tell me why you haven't, or wouldn't try the good old safety razor.

  • The Gosples of the Bible. Why have they not all be included in the Bible?

There are many Gospels which have been discovered which have not been incorporated into the Bible. Obviously the church does not want us to read these conflicting versions which in some cases give a completely different story to the life of Christ to the one which we are all accustomed to and challenges the very basic beliefs of the church. When so many stories have been written it must surely be difficult to prove which versions are the right ones, if any at all, and very easy to say that the the stories which do not fall into the accepted version, have been made up etc for whatever reason. Given the fact that all these scriptures were written many years after the event happened, (we all know the result when chinese whispers is played) and the fact that there are so many different stories, written at the same time, if not before he ones published in the Bible, how can Christians justify totally ignoring all the evidence in all the other Gosples that have been written and believing only the ones in the Bible?

I am looking for pad which has a biggish diameter available in the UK. Not being an expert in his field I was rather hoping somebody could make some suggestions.

  • Can I have your opinion on buying jewellery please?

I would be grateful if you could answer the following question:

Do you, or would consider buying pre-owned silver, gold, palladium, platinum or other valuable metal jewellery for yourself or for somebody else? If yes, what would you expect and be important to you when buying pre-owned jewellery?

    1. Low price, comparable to new, high street prices?

    2. Well presented and boxed?

    3. Is the quality of the presentation box important, and do you think it reflects the quality of the product?

    4. Good quality and polished etc items?

    5. Buying unusual items?

    6. Having a full refund policy?

    7. What type of jewellery would you consider buying?

    8. Would you have any preference to the type of metal?

Any other (useful) comments would be appreciated.
