Why so many people hate After School's Uee?

It's cuz people think she's overrated. Honestly, it doesn't seem like that nowadays, maybe when she debuted (most likely because she did acting too), but now, it seems like the other members popularity have grown, and i don't know why some people still see her as the overrated member. She completely deserves the attention she's getting. Her popularity boosted because of her acting roles. Have people seen her act? she's really good! I mean, she won Best Rookie Actress in 2011 for crying out loud.

When i first discovered After School, it was Uee that i discovered first and then she led me to After School. I thought she was pretty and I really liked her voice (it was their 4Tomorrow - Tomorrow song). But i saw TONS of comments bashing her and i had no idea why (i was actually new to KPop at the time). People also kept saying she had this expressionless face in their Because of You MV. If anyone paid any attention to their other songs that WASN'T their song 'Because of You', you can see that Uee DOES smile. She had an "expressionless" face in Because of You simply because the song is meant to be SAD. I mean, who smiles when they've just had their heart broken? People also said she can't dance. She herself said that she doesn't think she's the strongest dancer but she tries her best anyways, but in my opinion, she's one of the strongest. Her movements come out so smoothly. I think it's the same case with SNSD's Yoona. People say she can't dance, but i think she's one of the smoothest dancers in SNSD.

But not long after i discovered the group (probably 2 weeks later), i watched their show PlayGirlz School and she wasn't in that many episodes due to her drama schedules, but she seemed like a really upbeat and fun person. She was funny too.. so even to this day, i still don't understand why people hated her SO much. It seems like that's what anti's like to do most.. hate "the face" of the group before they understand or get to know why.

After School Uee

I don't care if people hates Uee or not. I love Uee, and I don't care even care what people with no brains says.. People are saying she is overrated, but she deserves it.. And she got there because people loved her..not wasn't uee's fault she got so famous, people decided to love her.. And because of that, she worked her butt off. She did four things at once. And thanks to her Afterschool got known well.. And she is an awesome dancer, she is sexy.. That's one reason she got famous. And singing, Uee might not be a strongest singer, but she is good in her own way. And not everyone in TH Korean industry can sing

Afterschool Uee

I don't hate Uee, but I think she's overrated, even now. Her dancing isn't special and looks pretty awkward. She also has the worst singing in AS. I think she should just focus on acting.

I don't hate her but she is not my favorite member of After School because she isn't the best singer. Yeh she's pretty, but she can't sing. She is very overrated and is usually in the centre of dance routines and photoshoots because of her looks. She is tall and has large round eyes, Koreans like that but westerners will think she is nothing special.

it's because she is overrated and she overshadows all the members of after school (although, this is not the case anymore). i think she deserves her popularity, when she debuted, people hated her because after school was a 5 member group, she overcame the negativity and worked her butt off to get her name out there.now the problem is, pledis started to see this, so they "over-promoted" her (which is not a bad thing, hey its a smart move to sell your most popular artist) but it also caused people to think that she's getting a special treatment which is unfair when in fact she deserves all the attention shes getting.

its called opinions (or jealousy).Simple as that.

You think she's pretty while other people think she's ugly.

You think she's talented while other people think she's not talented.

and etc. but to be honest everyone has haters and lovers .... just ignore their comments if you don't like/understand them as simple as that because at the end of the day you/they can't force their/your opinions on anyone else.. PLUS you don't have to deal with their constant B*t*hing about her :)
