GNC sells junk. They are one of the world's largest purveyors of worthless chemicals and they survive only on the credulity, ignorance, wishful thinking, and the very human desire of easy solutions for difficult problems of the consumer.

The guy above has a pretty good answer. Wars aren't fought at that level anymore, though, where mass casualties are a goal; it's more geopolitics and some soldiers take the hit here and there, but not nearly the raw numbers of casualties as in the 19th-20th centuries, so China having over a billion people is largely overrated. But both countries are strong enough where one side would not invade the other. More so, the wars that would take place would be more under-the-table as for assistance, such as how we backed Afghanistan vs. Russia and how Russia/China helped North Korea/Vietnam vs. us. Still, if China wants, they probably could take over much of Asia. I'm not sure if that's their goal, though. They have enough problems dealing with their own poor. Why worry about other poor nations?

There's even the founder on the bottle in a lab coat, and he's a doctor.

But it's complete marketing hype. And he is not a medical doctor.
