Dull Fabric Scissor Blade, Black & Decker?

I have a battery-charge fabric scissors. The blade is really dull now. Can I replace a new blade, or do I have to purchase a new scissors?

UD-0501C charger.

    Take your scissors to a local sharpening shop. They should be able to make them like new for you for a minimal charge.
