What do Republicans think about their candidates offering Means Testing?

Are you against it (because it's bigger gov) and are you now against the candidates saying they will use it to fix Medicaid and social security?

    I don’t see how it can be considered bigger government. In fact, if anything, it is following the progressive principle of having the rich contribute more for less assistance, and the poor contribute less for more assistance.

    But to answer your question, I think it is ridiculous. We should offer an opt out feature.
