Do not listen to the first guy. Peroxide is way too harsh and will do more harm than good. Any creams will just get into your piercing and collect moisture and bacteria, which can make things worse.
Start doing daily sea salt soaks and make sure you're wearing high quality jewelry. When you do salt soaks, you will see a discharge come out of the piercing - this is good, as it means it's not just sitting inside the piercing. Wipe it away with a q-tip.
If you don't see an improvement in about a week or so, go back to your piercer and have them tell you whatsup. Then, if they think it's an actual infection and not just irritation, they'll tell you to head to a doctor.
Avoid touching the piercing as much as possible. Regularly change your pillow cases. Be careful of make-up and hair products getting in it. And do not take the piercing out.

You need to clean it with hydrogen peroxide, and put some antibiotic ointment (such as neosporin) on it. If it doesn't look better in 72 hours you need to go to your doctor to get rid of the infection.
