Conversion into U.S units?
Hi, I am having problems and I would like some help on converting the following:
kN/m^2 ---> lb/(ft^2 * in)
kips per newton / meter squared into Pound / feet squared per inch
I have been looking for converting websites, but I did not came close to what I wanted. If someone would please explain step by step. And if you can show vice-versa too.
Many thanks.

Try looking for kPa to psi converters. Those units are very common units of pressure, and you should be able to find them in the back of most good engineering textbooks as well.

I think what you have is kiloNewton/m^2 = 1000Pa = 0.1450377 lb./in^2 x 144 in^2/ft^2 =
20.885 lb/ft^2
