There are people in the world who think Bieber is more talented than Freddie Mercury. WHY?

That's not true, Bieber fans probably have no idea who Freddie Mercury is.

Obviously, SOMEONE thought that Justin Bieber was talented enough to be signed, and he's (apparently) been pretty successful.

So, it's a matter of opinion, really. Same reason that a supposedly mediocre piece of literature sells millions of copies.

It's all about opinion. Personally, I dislike with great ferocity Mr. Bieber's music. Does that make him have any less talent than he is said to have? No.

Freddie Mercury and Justin Bieber are NOTHING alike (that is, once you've taken away their common factor of being male singers), so not only is this an unfair comparison (or rather, an attempt at a comparison), but it also is an injustice to both singers.

Mercury frontlined Queen, as I'm sure you know, and Queen was around for far longer than Justin Bieber has been, plus their music genres are drastically different.

The people who claim that Mr. Bieber has more talent than Mr. Mercury, in my very honest and blunt opinion, have not been properly introduced to the classic music of this world, instead choosing to listen to the upbeat, bass-heavy "popular" noise that has taken over the minds of our young people over building a relationship with the classics.

Dumb narrow minded tunnel-visioned teeny-boppers only would say that Bieber is more talented.

Freddie mercury almost always wins greatest singer polls, as well as being the UK's best selling band ever. I can't imagine Bieber ever outselling the Beatles, can you?

And there's plenty of teens all over YouTube that openly admit they wish they had musicians and singers like Freddie Mercury and Queen these days.

I defy anyone to watch Queen at Live Aid and not be able to admit that Freddie Mercury isn't as talented as they come. He was a God, and is regarded as one of the greatest musical legends that we ever had. Sadly, we wont see the likes of him again.

Same reason there are people in the world who think Freddie Mercury was more talented than Jacques Brel and Edith Piaf (both of whom were FAR more talented than Mercury)... Different people have different taste, and people of each generation have particular artists they love.

Simply because Justin Bieber is ''today'',freddie mercury on the other hand is ''yesterday''

Like the guy who didn't know what his dad siad, 'cuse he was on his Ipod, or the girl who put tide in here cake batter instead of baking soda & was asking if it will be ok to bake it anyways?
