song ideas for wedding ceremony?

Hi guys

Just looking for a little inspiration here, I'm getting married in October this year and have already compiled a list of songs that I want to be played whilst waiting for my then to bride to arrive (you know just in case shes a little later than expected etc...)

I want music that is romantic and reverent as it is a Mormon church in the UK where the service will take place, I just wonder if any you guys can offer suggestions other than what I already have

The songs I have (not necessarily in order of play):

Whitney Houston - I look to you

Ryandan - Like the sun

LeAnn Rimes - How do I live

Celine Dion - Because you loved me

Ryandan - Stay with you

LeAnn Rimes - I need you

Texas - In a our lifetime

Myley Cyrus - The climb

Lady Antebellum - Never alone

Adele - Make you feel my love

The Script - The man who can't be moved

Eva Cassidy - The songbird

Corinne Bailey Rae - Like a star

Natasha Beddingfield - Say it again

I have yet to have these songs passed to the bishop of the church for his approval but whatever you can suggest could help me

thanks in advance

I wanted these songs played at my wedding, but my wife (fiance) said no. I though I would get a couple of smiles out of it.

i choose a splash greater suggestion... what variety of ceremony are you having? whilst interior the ceremony do you decide on this? in case you're having a relgious ceremony, you will run into all styles of regulations. Do you have a pianist lined up or will this be a capella? What message do you decide on the music to place across? Does it have a purpose or do you in simple terms choose her to sing cuz you like her and love her voice? besides, i'm thinking "when I Fall in Love" as a theory. i in my view decide for greater classic love songs, so i'd seem to jazz, standards, and greater "people" song. Cole Porter, Gershwin, men like that have some great love songs.

One Hand, One Heart....like Barbra Streisand's version

There is Love (also known as the wedding song) Paul Stookey

Classical music is always lovely.....We also used a CD at our daughters wedding. It was called "Peaceful Harps"......lovely background music, especially in a church.

He may call this Devil Music because it has good music and good lyrics but see if he will let you play this. Me and two friends of mine did this song at a wedding and everyone loved. I even had the mumbled vocals down pact.
