That is a bit hazy, none have said it directly but Ron Paul and Romney have hinted at such while Grinch is openly against it.

Romney talks tough on China, but his solutions don't involve tariffs. And regardless, a Republican who talks tariffs is like a pro-choice, gay marriage supporter who thinks there's nothing wrong with illegal immigration and reducing military spending. In other words, not really a Republican.
