Which actor has aged gracefully?
So which actor do you think has aged gracefully and still packs a punch when it comes to performance? I would love to name Marlon Brando, but it kinda saddened me to see him in his final appearances like The Island of Dr. Moreau (1996) and The Score (2001).
I would, however, rank Sean Connery (81) in one of the better shapes and his voice ROCKS :)
Clint Eastwood...a force to reckon with...ofcourse.
@Emma - I completely agree with you on Anthony Hopkins, he will always remain one of my favourite actors. His last performance that totally floored me was in the movie Fracture (2007), haven't seen The Rite and wasn't impressed with 'Thor'.
@ Rebellion - I agree with you on Christopher Plummer.
@ Gabriel - Spot on with actresses, though they are a tad younger than the actors listed so far.

I agree with you and Emjob Anthony Hopkins is a BEAST!
But Christopher Plummer! I think happiness has a lot to do with the man's resilience to keep acting and doing what he does. The man's 82 and been married for 40 years. 40 frikkin' years! From Sound of Music to Up and Arthur he's been amazing. I was watching this interview called "Awards Season- Actors on the Roundtable" and it was him, gary oldman, christolph waltz and nick nolte...and the interviewer asks nick nolte how he feels about the roles he gets and he says "I feel death is very near and my roles should matter now..." something along the lines of that...he just looked incredibly sad. And then the interviewer goes to Christopher Plummer and he has this smile ad says "I feel fine I'm so busy I want to work more" Lol. Nick Nolte is the man in "Warrior" btw. The dad. Sorry it's so long but yeah I don't know so much about Sean Connery and Hopkins has definitely just set the bar higher and higher for himself (Th Rite is frightening, movie's average). But Christopher Plummer's just... <3
EDIT: Not a problem Gabriel!!
It's 1 hour long but totally worth the watch, I love these series of interviews 'The Hollywood Reporter" does each year http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2AdcUdpCKn4 There you go. :)

Hey Umar :)
My vote goes to Sir Anthony Hopkins. He's been consistent and great for years and I believe he is 73 years old! Wow. I love movies starring him from the 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s. Last year I saw him in 'The Rite' at the cinema and he was just as brilliant as ever. Getting quite a few laughs with his lines from fellow cinema-goers too!
Morgan Freeman too. Although he is a little typecast nowadays, he's still a great actor.
edit: Michael Caine. Michael bloody Caine! Still cool as a cucumber at 78.
edit: I love Fracture! You end up rooting for Hopkins don't you :) he looked like a very portly little man in that movie haha. Thor is still queued on my lovefilm list, I do want to see it, but in no rush!
