How can I get myself motivated again? Trying to lose weight!?

I user to have a rockin' body from rollerblading n running ect. I've gained a lot of weight within the past few months..how can I motivate myself to lose weight?

    I know that loosing weight is hard! I found a couple of small things that made a huge difference to my motivation!

    1: On the door of your cupboards put a picture of your dream body, (This makes you thin twice about snacking)

    2: Look at your self naked everyday, yes that's right. Naked. If you really hate your body then you will dread looking at yourself naked,and every time you do you'll be more motivated to loose weight!

    3: Buy a piece of clothing that you would like to fit into, and keep it on the back or your bedroom door.

    4: Change you computer desktop to a picture of a hot body! It may seem like your a lesbian/gay if your friends see it but it will keep you motivated because every time you see it you'll want to look like it.
