Cod liver oil question?
For those who have tried cod liver oil supplements, how long does it take to see results, E.G; skin?

Wishful thinking aside, it takes 3-6 weeks to see genuine metabolic improvements due to fatty acid supplementation - it needs to be incorporated into the phospholipid membranes which in turn will change the functioning of the cells, and that takes time - not a matter of hours.
I happen to like Carlsons as well, but I would suggest the plain fish oil, not the cod liver oil.

I have very dry and sensitive skin. Fish oil helped in a couple days for me. Like the above commenter said, your diet also has to be healthy if you want real results

For me, overnight! It all but eliminated an inflammation. Make sure to take it with food, though. And it really only works if the rest of your diet is healthy as well. And don't take too much, as it can be poisonous if taken in high doses. 1 teaspoon/day with food.
You'll want to get a high quality brand.
