What is the best day to shop for a DEMO car?
i am interested in buying a NEW 12-13 Dodge Journey. But i would like to pay Demo price not New price. when is the best time of the year to go and buy the Demo. Or should i let them know i am interested and get my name on a list for a call back.
If there is any other help when it comes to buying a demo car i would love to hear the advice?

My ex husband was one good car salesman if NOTHING else!!! The best deals for buying cars period are at the end of the months. They're trying to get their "old" inventory out to make room for their "new" inventory. Also, a used/demo model you'd no doubt get the better price on as they are market up as they're "trade ins" & not much allowance was given towards the purchase of a new car. He loved to sell used cars, made much higher income over selling a new car. You'd no doubt be able to "haggle" more on the price depending on how much the salesman wanted to make on it himself. The 13 Journey isn't even out yet.
Right now, you could probably find an 11 Journey demo for sale, somewhere, but likely not on the 12's until later in the year.
That being said, dealers typically don't offer much of a discount on demo vehicles; especially since the used car market pricing is so inflated right now.
You will end up with a $200-$400 discount off a Demo vs. a brand new vehicle. Hardly worth waiting until one may be available.
