The house is owned by my husband. We bought it together. Only my husbands name is on the mortgage. I call him my husband because we have 2 kids and have been together almost 10 years. He let his police/detective best friend stay with us for 1 month with no lease. Well, of course, the 1 month became 6 months. He is the tenant from hell. He thinks he is above the law because he is a Camden City, NJ cop. It is done his way or no way. He thinks because he is in his friends house he can do anything. He already told me that i have no say. Me and the tenant pretty much hate each other. My husband refuses to tell him to move out. Me and my 19 year old son want him to leave but he wont. I also have 2 little ones that see this fighting all the time. Me and my husband have not been talking for almost a week due to this. He comes in late so he avoids the kids for a week. He basically picked his friend over his family. There's no leaving him. He is a wonderful dad and provider. We NEVER fight, until now. Because he is such a loving husband i dont know what to do about this.

I went to see if i can sue the tenant to evict him but i was told i cant because the mortgage is in my husbands name. What else can i do? they also said i cant supeana my husband or sue my husband to get this person out. I tried everything.

Let me know if you are an attorney. I need legal advise.

I bought a 1997 Dodge Stratus ES in April 2012 for 1,500. - as is - from a large reputable new/used car lot in Philadelphia. Now July 16-2012 and its been in the shop more times than i have driven it.

I have spent over 4,000.00 in repairs so far and i am still finding more problems.

2 major questions about the sale of this car.

1. i found out later that it failed inspection because the EGR valve was flipped upside down to cover up that it was cracked so it was leaking. I am from NJ and it failed.

2. I also failed inspection because the check engine light bulb was pulled out so to cover up any flaws so the car would sell. i put the bulb back in and the light stayed on with 3 codes coming on.

Can any of these 2 problems be argued in court? If so could I win? If so how much, since i spent over 4,000. in repairs in about 3 months and hardly drove it? Receipts as proof.

My bathroom had alot of white and black mold under the tiles and behind the walls after everything was torn out to remodel. the leak came from the bathtub. it was leaking for about 3-4 years. I cough alot, cannot clear my throat, alot of mucose, lose my voice alot, sometimes have trouble breathing, extremely fatigued, sleepy all the time. My 2 kids cough alot to. The bathroom is fixed now but i still have these symptoms. How long does it take for the symptoms to go away.

If this sounds like mold symptoms, what is a name of medication a doctor can give me to help. I saw it online that there is medication but i forgot to write it down.

It said temporary problem try again in a few hours. Is it just my account or is everyone having a problem?

02 Town & Country, 3.8. Went to a transmissions specialist. They dropped & rebuilt the transmission. Gave me 1 yr warrenty. Same day took it to get an oil change at another location complete with a full check. Was told it needs an engine/transmission transaxle mount front bushing. Its hitting metal to metal. I went back and was told it will be 55.00 to replace it.

Isn't that included in rebuilding transmission? I should not have to pay for this.....

when you give your answer let me know your experience, if you are a mechanic and if you can what company.

i dont like PennCo Tech or Lincoln Tech. I want an actual degree that i can use when i graduate. Any suggestions. Camden County sounds good, what do you think?

i am interested in buying a NEW 12-13 Dodge Journey. But i would like to pay Demo price not New price. when is the best time of the year to go and buy the Demo. Or should i let them know i am interested and get my name on a list for a call back.

If there is any other help when it comes to buying a demo car i would love to hear the advice?

I have tried the sucking it out with the wet/dry vac and then a wire hanger. Neither one worked. I want to do it without digging up the dirt and without cutting into the pipe line. I am trying to do the job myself to save some money. Any help would be great.
