I can't get my puppy to walk on a leash, help?

I have 3 dogs, had all of them since they were puppies. My 2 dogs learned to walk on the leash really quick and it was easy for them.

But now we have an 8 month old Schnoodle puppy, she simply can't seem to figure it out. I have tried everything I did to teach the other two, but she doesn't get it. She stops and pulls back whenever I try to walk her.

Any tips? Please only serious answers, thanks!

Update:

Oh she also does this whether the leash is on her collar, or a harness

One method is to get some tiny bits of hot dog, put them in a fanny pack or use a sandwich bag. With the leash on your puppy and end in your hand (have a piece of hot dog ready), stand directly in front of her and walk backward so the puppy has to follow you. As she follows, drop pieces frequently. Keep sessions short, and do them every day. As she follows more willingly, drop a piece every few feet or just not as often. Make sure to praise, praise and praise throughout! :)

Be presidtent! Its hard to teach older dogs to walk on a leash. Try just getting the dog to walk on the leash without you holding it so it can get used to the weight, call it over or use treats. Don't give up!

Do not put any presuure on the leash. a dog's natural instinct is to pull against the pressure.

Use a happy voice, food or toy -whatever the dog is most excited by- to get the dog to move.

Try walking the dog in your yard with a long leash and as she gets better start to go to normal size.
