How do I get my sims 3 game to stop freezing?
Everything was fine before but for some reason a person of mine is froze and I can't get him to move, but his everything else is still working but he's just stuck there. And also the toddler is frozen too but he's moving and talking but he won't move out of the spot. Please I really need help before they end up dying...and I don't want to restart it without saving or reinstall please help

try moving the family out of the house, and into another house.
if this doesn't work, then make a copy of the family, and go to a new neighborhood.
try closing other programs on your computer, while playing the sims. & if this doesn't work, contact sims. they usually have a solution for everything. but, i've had this happen to me and this is what has worked for me.
OH. and DO NOT try to like use your mom or whoever & use your phone to move. this will NOT work.you have to go into edit town, and then evict, and then move them somewhere else. (also make a copy at this time too, just for safety.)
