How do you say bottom/buttocks in Spanish?

I'm looking for a very polite or neutral way to say it for a letter I'm translating for a therapist at my work.

I found trasero--is this okay?

And how do you say clothespin!?

Update:

I tried an online translator, and

a. I couldn't find clothespin

b. a translator doesn't really tell you the connotations behind the word .

    'Trasero' is quite neutral. It will do.

    'Clothespin' is 'gancho' or 'prendedor'.

    nalga - your buttocks, more technical

    culo - *** more slang, but recognizable.

    ano = anus

    clothespin = pinza de la ropa
