    and

The sams club one has 8gb ram but 32gb octane, so I am not sure which one would run faster when playing games, etc.

  • What plant is this? Weed or the Flower I Planted? Help plant experts! pics?

    I'm in Ohio

A while ago, I got some seeds and planted them. Can't for the life of me remember the name of the plant, but the seeds were very tiny... so tiny and nondescript they looked like little grains of dirt.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I got little sprouts, so I lovingly took care of them, and I have moved them out of the pot to my front yard. They are very tiny, haven't grown much. The ones who survived my horrible transplant have a reddish/purple stem, little teardrop leaves, close up adorably when they don't have sun. They look like this: http://i40.tinypic.com/wkllhe.jpg

Now I've started to notice a weed I've never seen before growing in the back yard that looks kind of like my "flowers" if they grew a bit more. The yard is like a living museum of lots of different types of weeds... This one also has a reddish stem but it has grown a lot more. It looks like this. http://i42.tinypic.com/339n2oj.jpg

    Now, please tell me

A- if they are the same plant, and

B- what kind of plant it is called.

I'll be disappointed if I put all that work into nurturing a pretty weed that invaded the pot where I put the seeds... but I can take it. I won't do anything with it, probably just continue watering it... with my tears.

  • Can I pre-weigh my luggage at the airport?

Can I have them weigh my luggage before I check it in?

Or are there any stations where you can weigh your luggage? I know they have little boxes to put your luggage in so you can see if it's small enough (length/width/height-wise)

I tried to do it at home, weighing myself and then myself with the bag, but our scale only goes up to 140 (it is a child's scale). And it is too wide to simply lay it on the scale--it will block reading.

  • Is it okay to go from a 12 cell battery to a 9 cell one?

I need to replace my laptop's battery. The only ones I see are 9 cell but my original battery says it's 12-cell. Will a 9-cell still work on my laptop?

The voltage is the same, 10.8V

  • How do you say "grooming" in Spanish? Just need help with this sentence...?

How do you say "grooming" in Spanish? on the dictionary site it just says "buena presentacion" or something, but i'm looking for the actual activity.

    I want to translate this:

"Expresses distress during grooming (for example, fights or cries during haircutting, face washing, fingernail cutting)"

So i guess I could say

"Se angustia durante grooming (por ejemplo, lucha or llora al cortar el pelo, al lavarse la cara, al cortar las uñas)"

I'm not sure about the reflexive verbs for that, since maybe they won't cut their hair or nails, but they might wash their hair (it's a questionnaire for parents about their children.)

Also, should I put the "al ~verbo~" or just "cuando corta el pelo, se lava la cara..." etc.?

  • Can you tell me about Birchbox? People who get it?

    Is it worth it?

What kind of things do you get?

I'm thinking of getting it because you get pretty good brands. But, my mother told me not to get it because they probably only have "white girl makeup." Kind of blunt, but that is an issue because I don't want a bunch of fair foundation that I can't use. But I doubt they have that sort of thing...

Does anyone get it? What can you tell me about it? Do you recommend it?

  • Job follow-up? Call, write, or wait?

I had a job interview last Monday. The lady interviewing me said that she hoped to make a decision by the end of the week. She also said that if she didn't hear from me, she'd assume that I was still interested and that nothing had changed.

I waited until Friday, but she didn't call me or anything. **If you don't get the job, do people just not call you and not tell you so?** Do they not contact you and expect you to get the hint? This was my first real interview, and I thought it went well.

**So, should I call to ask about it (also with a thank you for interview and a reiteration of my interest the job)?** I also saw online that you should write a letter, but promptly (about 2 days after the interview) so I don't know if I'm too late for that. Plus, she said "If I don't hear from you..." so I thought I wasn't supposed to contact her.

    What should I do?
