1. Popes generally don't excommunicate. That's the responsibility of the local bishop.

2. Local bishops have already corrected Pelosi & Biden personally, and both these politicians are automatically excommunicated because of the way they promote abortion, which means they are not supposed to receive the Eucharist any more. Private dialogue about this between each bishop and each politician would (and should) remain private, but Archbishop Niederauer has NOT been silent - http://www.sfarchdiocese.org/about-us/archbishop/a... - and Bishop Martino has publicly stated that he will not give Biden Holy Communion: http://www.tldm.org/News12/ScrantonBishopWillRefus... Pelosi & Biden apparently ignore that correction and the automatic excommunication. That's their error, not the fault of their bishops.

3. How could a Catholic bishop "get rid" of Pelosi or Biden? They're going to be in office as long as people keep electing them, and a bishop can't tell people how to vote.

4. Making unsubstantiated allegations - like saying Pelosi & Biden have paid off their bishops and/or the Pope - is a near occasion to sin. If it's not true, it's bearing false witness. If you don't have any evidence, I suggest you keep a lid on that one.

The Pope would not let photographers take a picture of him with Pelosi when she visited. He knew then just how scandalous that would be. We still love sinners, but at a certain point, c'mon. The Pope does need to put his foot down and at a minimum demand that Priests stop giving them the sacraments.
