Been working out for 3 weeks and eating healthier.. Nothing has happen?
I have been working out for 3 weeks now. 4 times a week the first two weeks and 5 times the third week. I have been eating healthier and tracking my calories on anytime health website.
My workouts have been intense. Lots of cardio, weights, and ab exercises.
I haven't lost ANY weight, at all!
I am 5'5 and 145lbs. I am noticing a bit of difference in my stomach area but the scale hasn't changed. I have fat to lose, why is my weight not going down? Not even a pound!
I know a lot has to do with food, and I truly have been eating healthier so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
What am I doing wrong?

Nothing! You're going about it the right way. It will just take time. You're body will naturally burn glucose before any fat and this is why it takes such a long time to lose weight. As long as you are eating healthy and exercising regularly you should lose weight. Just keep going :)
I wouldn't calorie count though. It can make you think you can swap a healthy meal for a chocolate bar when nutritionally there's no contest. (I know you've been eating healthily this was just an example) Even though the scales may not show it, you're body is probably already thanking you for the healthy choices you've been making!
Really hope this helped! :)

Your not doing anything wrong.
A lot of people loose inches before they loose pounds and some the other way around. For instance I've been on weight watchers now for a month. I've lost 17 pounds and gone down 2 pant sizes, my mom started when i did, she has only lost 4 pounds but several inches.
Your not always going to see a change in the scale because you may be gaining muscle mass especially if your working out as much as you are.
Weigh yourself only once a week.

A lot of people will say you packed on muscle but i'm never one to jump to that conclusion. Though you're eating better and tracking your calories, do you know what your daily calories neede for maintenance? If not, you're probably eating above your daily maintenance.

try walking or jogging at least 30 minutes a day, and cut down on any alcohol, assuming you drink. You can't loose weight overnight keep working towards your goal and stay motivated, you should start seeing results.

Muscle confusion, If you do the same workouts over and over your body gets used to it and the changes stop coming. Try mixing it up a little. Or try p90x.
