Good place to road trip to?? near california?

So I live in california, me & my friends would like to go on a road trip, but out of state, if not just somewhere unique? If you you know any places? How is it? Thanks!

    depend on what you like

    national parks, Zion, Grand Canyon, Lassen, Yosemite

    Las Vegas, Laughlin- gambling, water sports

    beaches, Los Angeles San Diego

    i don't understand something approximately l. a., basically the depressing site visitors. Spent 7 mths SD area. ignore Sea worldwide & Legoland. l. a. Jolla coastline close to SD is exciting. I parachuted off a cliff (tandem) close to l. a. Jolla. San Diego's Wild Animal Park is greater exciting than the zoo. you are able to attempt an AMTRAK coastal trainride from l. a. to San Diego. Peace Out, have exciting!

    Las Vegas or to Utah (a lot of awesome national parks)...

    Crater Lake Oregon, it's awesome there, and you can probably find some campgrounds near it...
