Thinking of making a video log.. Gimme some feedback!?

Hey guys.

Some of you might know me, some not. I used to be a top contributor in diet and fitness a while back, but i stopped coming on due to various reasons. A girlfriend being one of them :P.

Anyways, I'm back now, and getting back into shape for basketball season, and i was thinking about making a vlog and posting it to youtube a few times a week. I think its a good way to stay motivated, and I'll chuck in some good diet and workout tips in as well!

Would anyone be interested in watching anything like that? or is it just a meh idea?

    I think it's a good plan. The most important part about training is that you get the benefit from it. If doing a video log is your way of keeping everything in your head and keeping yourself motivated, that's how to do it. Plus, others may learn from it and be able to share your experience.

    Win-win situation, go for it!
