Losing a loved one, especially a parent, is tough, but I can't see exactly where the other kids fit into the picture. Do they have something to do with your dad's death or did they do something else?
Look, if they did something bad, it's their business...BUT if they had something/ anything to do with your dad...then it's your business. He was your dad! If you rat them out...they'll be behind bars within a very short period and won't be able to bully you.
Healing takes time. You will always miss your dad, but you have to keep going. My cousin passed away aged 21, I still miss him, but my life did not end when his did. The same applies to you, you are still alive and you still have other family who can also help you through this. Open up to others you love and who loved your dad, they should also be able to support you.
From experience, I can say that counselors don't always see your point of view and only treat you as a patient. True friends and family will always treat you like a friend or a family member, not just another teenage patient.
