It's my birthday, but...?

Question

Hey, 
It's my birthday, but I don't feel that excited. I just turned 13.
I kind of feel bad that I'm growing up.
Don't judge me, but I just feel sad that I won't be able to do the things that I was when I was younger. I'm not a little kid anymore, and now it will only get harder and harder from here. I can't enjoy the things I enjoyed when I was a little kid.
It just feels weird growing up.

Anything to make me feel better?

Everyone gets these feelings as they grow older. It's a fact of life. None of us wants to grow up, as more and more responsibilities are being piled on top of us, as well as more stress from society to succeed. The best advice I can give you is to enjoy the fun times and don't sweat the small stuff. You have plenty of time to be an adult, but you only get to be a kid once! So enjoy your childhood while you still have it.

nope. i feel this way on my birthday every year. im 18 now. wtf 
basicly your still 13 so your ****** young but im tellin you now you will be 18 before you know it and older and older and  it goes faster and faster. so ****** every ***** you know and just make the most outta highschool.
