Virtual Box is having issues with my CPU? Core i5 2500k?

I am using VirtualBox to start up a server 2008 x64 machine (the ISO is from dreamspark). I went through the wizard to set everything up however when I click start I get an error saying: VT-x features locked or unavailable in MSR. Any ideas? My specs are listed below, Thanks!

MSI P67A-GD65 Motherboard

Intel Core i5 2500k @ 4.2GHz

Corsair H70 Liquid Cooler

8GB Corsair XM3 1600 DDR3

2x ASUS GTX 460 1Gb GDDR5 in SLI

850W Kingwin PSU

60GB Corsair Vertex 3 SATA 3 SSD

500GB WD Caviar Blue HDD

Update:

EDIT: Intels website on the 2500k says these features:

Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x) Yes

Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O (VT-d) No

Is VirtualBox trying to use the Directed I/O Virtualization Technology?
