Mothers: What symptoms did you get in very early labor?

I'm just curious as even though i'm having my 4th baby, each time i went into labor in the middle of the night and slept through early labor and never woke up until i was in full blown labor with contractions one after another.

So what kind of symptoms did you get 1-2 days before and as you went into early labor?

    I felt heavy pressure pushing down on my belly. Hubby & I were walking around wal mart & we had to leave the cart and go home so I could lay down. I would have went to labor & delivery that night only I wasnt having contractions. I had a drs appt the next morning, & when I woke up I felt like I was doing crunches all night. Very very sore. Yet STILL no darn contractions. Went to the drs & found out I was 3 cm dilated, 100% effaced. Got sent to labor & delivery at 11am and didnt have my daughter till 720 ths next morning.

    I never got any symptoms of my labor approaching. Never lost my plud or had a bloody show. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and after I was done I just kept trickling. My water had broken and a while later I started feeling the contractions. I was 40 weeks at the time
