Carrier frequency generation?
Hello friends...I wanted a simple square wave generation circuit for a frequency of around 450 to 500 kHz......is it possible to generate using op amp 741?Please provide me with the circuit...I tried designing using NAND gates...but the results were quite noisy....Please help me out

Noisy? They're pretty fast, so the rise time is real short so that's maybe why you think they're noisy. Hang a few caps to ground (few pF) around to slow the rise time. Or use a 555 timer, which oughta go that high. 741s are so 1980's.
