Fellow veg*ns, how does this meal sound?

I know what I want to make for dinner tomorrow.

White rice with mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and seitan covered in mushroom gravy. The thought of that makes my mouth water. Does that sound amazing to you too? Should I add anything?

Sounds good! But I would just make one change.. I would trade in the white rice for couscous; like a bed of couscous, seitan steaks on top, then the sautéed mushrooms, onions and green peppers (I may even add zucchini and crushed garlic), and finally the mushroom gravy.

And how are you making your mushroom gravy?

BTW, can I stay for dinner? ;)

sounds yummy except use brown rice to get nutrients--all the nutrients are bleached from white rice. I'd also add chopped garlic and ground flaxseed, brewer's yeast powder to make it even healthier :)
