Poll: Barbecue lovers, what would you be willing to pay for a good rack of ribs at a roadside stand? ?

Thinking of starting one. I have experience, I do St Louis & Baby Backs, and i have my own secret rub and sauce and I do it the right way with real wood smoke, not like most popular restaurants who bake & grill.

A full rack is about $18-25 in most restaurants...what would you be willing to pay for real barbecue ribs?

Update:

@2westies

Roadside food stands may have a bad rep in the big cities, but where I'm from we're required to get bi-weekly health inspections and carry insurance...so it's not just any old fool with a grill, government sees to that.

    If your ribs are good, I would gladly pay $20.00 for a full rack.

    If I picked up ribs to take home to serve, I would like to be able to purchase baked potatoes wrapped in foil and maybe roasted corn on the cob. You could probably charge $2.00 for those and boost your profits.

    Sorry, I wouldn't buy any food from a roadside stand.

    $20, hands down.
