Justice already went out the window when Paterno was made a scapegoat. There will be convictions but the sentences will be light.

It's out of the university's hands. It's now in the hands of the courts. Justice will be served either way, but remember that although Sandusky has been found guilty in the court of public opinion, the trial hasn't even begun (the grand jury testimony is designed by the prosecution to try to move it to a trial), we don't know if he's guilty or not. That's for the courts to decide. At this point the most that can be said is that he's probably guilty. But we haven't heard one word from the defense yet. However, I will say that based on testimonies and the amount of evidence the prosecution seems to have, there's a very good chance that he is guilty of these crimes, and will be convicted and spend the rest of his life behind bars, but we are far from knowing everything. It's still early.

I'm in a wait and see mode, especially after the media treated Paterno worse than Sandusky, and Paterno's only mistake was trusting that the campus police and administrators of a world class university, including a world-renowned school president (Graham Spanier) would do their jobs. And the board of trustees caved to the media, not even allowing Paterno to retire or even resign with some dignity intact.

Just sit back and watch the trial unfold on national TV. This will be something that goes on over a period of years.

Some may not like my opinion but I feel this sounds like another Michael Jackson scam. You can't look, say something, or do anything anymore without someone taking it the wrong way.

I doubt anything will happen. Sad.
