help me lose the last 10 pounds and tone my body by summer !?

i'm 168 cm and 65 kg .. i lost 20 kg .. i want to loose the last 5 kg and tone my body because i;m flabby

    go on a

    50Carb an less diet.

    drink only water. -no soda-

    optional - no red meat.

    using this for 2 weeks will clean your body out.
