About to get in a fight and have a question?
There are 3-4 people waiting outside my work because of something I said to a co-worker (we got in an argument about them not pulling their weight). The security guard doesn't have jurisdiction off the property. How can I get to my car and avoid these people? Will police help me out?

If you suspect that something violent is going to go down, then absolutely call the police. You don't want it on YOUR record that there was a fight, even if you didn't start it in terms of the physical part.

I think you are just being paranoid. You are probably not likely to get into a fight. However if you are really that concerned go talk to your boss.
