Strong Lift 5x5 ? anyone tried it for fat loss ?
i'm 5'5 and 143 pound .. i lost 40 pounds the last 6 months.. i want to lose the last 10 lbs and tight the flabby stomach .. this workout is enough ? or should i work more .. ? ( i'm on a good diet )
day1: stronglift 5x5
day2: HIIT Cardio + abs
day3: stronglift 5x5
day4: HIIT Cardio + abs
day5: stronglift 5x5
day6: HIIT Cardio + abs

Stronglifts alone will help alot with fat loss. Personally I wouldn't bother with all the HIIT, and the ab work is also very unnecessary. If you're on a calorie deficit you're not gonna make much progress on stronglifts if you're doing that as well as HIIT every other day. As long as you're on a slight calorie deficit stronglifts 5x5 will compliment it well. Personally at your weight I wouldn't even bother losing more weight until you've gained a bit more strength/muscle but that's up to you.

Getting bulky or "bigger" would be easier. It is much harder to lose weight once you've gained it. That doesn't mean one should feel discouraged to eat healthy, diet and exercise. Get out there and do cardio!
