Okay so the first thing we should do is break the problem down. Read over the problem once more and evaluate. As you can see the most important thing are the priced and how much the card would be worth in better condition so this involves multiplying, because it is saying 1 3/4 TIMES as much. So today it is worth 62, 125 dollars, so it is asking you how much it would be if was 1 3/4 times as much, basically. Basic math now. 62, 125 dollars times 1 3/4. To make the problem easier break the fraction down from an improper fraction( what it is now) into a regular fraction. To do this you multiply 4 times 1 than add 3 and keep the denominator the same. So that would be 4 time 1 which is 4, plus 3 which is 7 over 4. Than I would make the fraction into a decimal which is more work but for me easier. 7 divided by 4 is 1.75, so you multiply the current prive of the car, 62,125, by 1.75 which is 108, 718.75. You can round the number so it would be 108, 719. Your answer is 108, 719, that is if the car was in nice condition. Hope I helped :)
