Food "Going through me" and upset stomach, Help?
Since yesterday morning, I've had an upset stomach. And whenever I eat something, it "Goes straight through me" (I know it technically doesn't) and straight after I eat anything pains in my stomach force me to go to the toilet. The feices is diarrhoea (and it gets pretty messy). Drinking water has only made me need to urine. I thinks its a bug (virus) but is there any way to make my stools hard (like normal again). Any Ideas?

I would go to the doctors if it continues for much longer, in order to rule out anything else. Sounds like you could try some fibre in your diet at home in order to try and improve your stools. For example brown bread, branflakes and plenty of fresh fruit and vegatables etc. Good look hope you feel better soon x

My basic "remedy" for a stricken tummy is ginger tea and gatorade. in view that she hasn't been ingesting a lot, Gatorade or Powerade will provide her the electrolytes, sugar and sodium her body nonetheless desires. For the ginger tea - purchase sparkling ginger and slice it skinny. In a pot position about 10 slices of ginger and a couple of to three cups of boiling water. enable take a seat for 3 to 5 minutes. you are able to upload slightly honey or organic/raw sugar. Toast and rice are sturdy selections for disenchanted abdomen - yet when she nonetheless feels ill in an afternoon or 2 you should quite search for a well being care service. stay away from creamy drinks (beverages, soups, food with cheese). a visit to the well being care service will be so as if she also has different indicators as well the tummy, like fever, sleepiness, soreness, hassle remembering or looking words... get properly quickly!
