How crowded is Universal Studios/IoA during the week?

Thinking about visiting Universal with a friend on 2/20 (Monday) and just curious how busy it typically is during the week in February. Is it worth it to spend extra for the Express Pass?

    considering that that is presidents day its going to be crowded cuz kids have off of school and parents have off of work.

    personally i never find it worth it to spend the extra for an express pass.

    2/20 is president's day and people are off that day... so yes, it's gonna be busy! get the express pass!
