HIIT cardio is great!
In my experience, the best full body workout consists of:
Squats. Pullups. Pushups. Planks.
It works because it is simple, easy to remember, and works out the entire body.
If you ever get bored with any workout, you can try a different version. For example, if you get bored with regular pushups, you can try wide-grip or military pushups. You can do close grip or reverse grip pullups too. As for planks, variations include putting a cushioned weight on your back (I use my book-sack), or doing side planks. Planks are the best abdominal workout because your abdominals are best worked out by using them to stabilize your core, which is exactly what planks do.
Squats are the only workout of these four that I hate. I don't do them often, because I don't really enjoy messing with iron weights. But squats are the best exercise there is, as far as stimulating your androgenic hormones go. Pullups are next, and then Pushups.
I love HIIT Cardio; I can get done in 5 minutes what previously took me half an hour. Your metabolism stays raised all day after a session. In my experience, I can vouch for it. I used to ride my bicycle 15 miles every other day without a break at a moderate pace. When I replaced that with only a mere 5 minutes of HIIT 3 times a week, I lost more body fat, and gained more leg muscle and stamina then EVER before! HIIT is painful, but it doesn't last long, and it is definitely worth it.
I would be wary about using stimulants like caffeine during HIIT, though, because that gave me a pain in my chest for two hours and I'm going to assume that isn't good.

Hi,
I'm a health and wellness coach helping many people achieve their healthy goals. I hear this a lot where people lose a ton of weight but now don't know how to tone the body...
Toning the body can be tough. Adding protein and muscle toning exercises is the ideal way to accomplish this goal. It's essential to provide your body with protein to build the muscle before and after workouts. Workouts like weight lifting, running/speed walking, crunches and push-ups are all vital to maintaining a healthy routine as well as toning the body!

I have discovered pulling on anything does the trick. Lets say a 3 foot rope with knots at the end keep tight a pull back and forth keeping tight. If you experiment with different positions you can work out specific muscles targeting things you cant with any other workout. You can use anything. A tie. a sock. jeans. a bag anything that you can pull hard and not rip. Hope this helps.
