Questions about exercise regimen?
Hey, I'm Allison. thanks for reading all this and an even bigger thanks to answering :)
I'm 17, 4'10, female and pescetarian (on my way to becoming a vegetarian.) looking for answers about working out and exercise. Recently, I have been rollerblading for stress relief for about 40 minutes as many days I can. so at least 5 times a week and an exercise regimen on Saturday; however, I've had so much to do with school and migraines and flip-floppy Texas weather in the last month, i stopped completely. I would like to jog and do yoga but I don't have the money to join a gym or much less, buy shoes. I do own two 5 pound weights, a 7 pound weight and an exercise ball. My target is to lose about 5-9 pounds, tone all over, and just to be in better general health.
My questions are: Is this an effective workout to tone all over? (listed below), if not, what more can I do? As in other exercises with the aforementioned equipment and whatnot. How many times a week should I be doing it? And kind of a random thing, but because I'm so short, does that reduce my needed caloric intake?
Exercise: 100 curls, 70 concentration curls, 60 tricep dips, 100 ball fly, 50 chest press, 100 lying side leg raise per side, 50 per side ball oblique crunch, 50 leg lowers and 1 minute plank rose.
Thanks again, anything helps :)

the ymca offers great programs in classes for exercise and it's mostly open day and night and it's really cheap for students, or buy diffrent dvds they work don't keep doing the same exercise over and over because your body will become use to it.
