I'm a scorpio and he's a capricorn. We are dating and I'm finding him difficult to deal with because he's not too open with me concerning his feelings for me.
Prior to him sending that card,everytime I would ask him how he felt about me he would just dodge the question.If he could say all that,why not just say I love you? having love in your heart for a person and being in love with them are two different things.

He's being very open about his love for you. No matter how far away from you, he is, nothing can change that. You can't be much more open than that. Maybe you're just not listening to him.

I could see that happening. Capricorn is very ambitious, career-oriented, and organized. Scorpio is intense, suspicious, passionate, emotional. Not the best match and Scorpio may feel unaccounted for.
As a Cancer (opposite sign to Capricorn in the zodiac, and opposites usually bond easily in astrology), I would probably interpret it as sincere and I'd feel really happy.
All in all, don't be so suspicious! He really loves you, anyone could see it.
