How do you beat Floyd Mayweather Jr?
I've never seen a HUGE weakness in Floyd at all.
He beat an opponent with handspeed advantage - Zab Judah
He beat an opponent with punch power advantage - Shane Mosley
He beat an opponent who fights inside - Ricky Hatton (and went to the body)
He beat opponents who were bigger - De La Hoya, Corrales e.c.t.
Marquez has shown us how to beat Pacquiao, although he himself hasn't done it. Fight outside, draw Pacquiao in, time and counter Manny when he charges towards you. But all bias aside I can't figure out how a fighter could beat Floyd.
BQ: Which fighters active today could/have the best chance at beating FMJ?

I have always said that the way to beat Mayweather is very much like the way Roberto Duran beat Sugar Ray Leonard in their first fight.
Be in Mayweather's face for three minutes a round, every round and keep on mauling in there, throwing punches, tying him up, nullifying his work, not giving him any breathing space.
However a straight forward brawler would play into Mayweather's hands, you need to do all of the above whilst at the same time keeping up good movement and defense.
Oscar De La Hoya had some success putting the pressure on Mayweather but unfortunately for him couldn't keep it up for 12 rounds.
BQ: The one with the best chance is Pacquiao but he may be past his best now.

Floyd has one of the tightest defenses around. He also throws in some offense to keep his opponents at bay. He would definitely be tough to beat.
I disagree however, with your assessment on the match ups.
Judah did not have a handspeed advantage. If anything they were equal. Judah has a bit more pop in his punch, but he always had a million dollar body with a 10 cent head. Floyd just outlasted him and frustrated him into messing up. Mosely, by the time they fought was slower, and his reflexes were diminished. Cotto out boxed Mosely. Margarito was tailor made for Mosley because he just stood right there in front of him getting tee'd off on. Hatton is a swarmer, but was never really quick enough, had all kinds of problems with weight, plus, the referee basically prevented Hatton from making the fight an ugly mauling affair which would have favored him. De La Hoya was a good fight. he showed the blue print on how to beat Floyd, but as was often the case with Oscar towards the end of his career, he ran out of gas in the later rounds. He put Floyd at the end of his jab and could have out pointed him, but faded in the second half of the fight.
I am not sure which active boxer can beat Floyd. Martinez is quick and strong, but he doesn't have the skills that Floyd has. I don't think Cotto has a chance. I used to think it might be Pacquiao, but he is vulnerable to counter punchers and Floyd is as good or better at countering than Marquez because his speed and body positioning.
This may be a crazy idea, but if Peterson gets by Amir Khan again, he may have a chance at being able to deal with Mayweather.

Judah had a handspeed advantage but not the workrate, ring knowledge or plan B. When Mayweather took on a less side on style and things stopped going all Judah's way he, as always, closed up and stopped throwing punches.
The Mosely he fought had the power still, but couldn't pull the trigger the same as he used to. Far less reflexes, not the combo punching of old.
Hatton was a top inside fighter, but not an elite fighter overall. He could come at Mayweather but he was blocking punches with his face.
I can't fault his ability to deal with the guys you mentioned, but Castillo was bigger and imposed his will pretty well.
Like Hairydude said, a guy like Duran who can effectively work three minutes a round with accuracy, power and defense would be pure hell for Mayweather who's not always as far away from the ropes as he'd need to be. A guy like Ray L has the speed, the power, the brains, the size: everything. As did Hearns and Sugar Ray R.
However that's just a afew guys, out of a sport with a long and rich history. It's impressive that it's only afew guys who'd probably beat Mayweather. There are ways to beat any fighter. Mayweather's not perfect: his workrate, power etc. are less than elite ATG attributes. He's beatable, same as I think Leonard was beatable, but neither of them were in an era with guys who could do it. You could drop Hearns into plenty of eras and no welterweight or Jr middleweight could touch him. If he was in his prime today we'd probably be asking "How you do beat Thomas Hearns?" He just happened to be active at the same time as one of the only guys who could.
Active fighters, now that's a tough one. I still think Manny can do it. He's effectively agressive, hard to discourage. Mayweather's movement is different to Marquez, it's more agile but less well schooled. Marquez steps back by just enough to make Manny miss then counter with his own. He's also an awesome combination puncher. I think he's a better pure counter puncher than Mayweather.
Martinez could, but that would largely be because he's far bigger. Outide of those guys...I'm not confident in anybody. Vitali Klistchko could maybe do it.

First of all those opponents you have listed have flaws what you do is you get everyone of those fighters strengths and you put them together(throwing out the bad habits) and that is how you beat Floyd Mayweather jr. example De La Hoyas jab,Mosleys speed,Marquezs stamina,Zabs footwork but is there a boxer out there with all of those strength idk maybe in time we will find out but not at the moment Pacquioa would be the closest be even he lacks that extra edge to beat Mayweather.

I don't see him being outboxed. Castillo roughed him up in the first fight, but Floyd handled him with relative ease in the rematch with his shoulder healed. I'd say best bet is to mix up your feints and just hope to catch him with a big shot, hurt him, and jump on him. Easier said than done, but to beat him I think you have to leave it out of the judges hands and win by KO.
EDIT: BQ- I've always thought Mayweather would handle up on Pacquiao in the ring because of their styles and statures. Floyd is a stylistic nightmare for Manny. I think Martinez would give him his best fight, but if Martinez fights with his hands by his waist all cocky like I've seen him do, Mayweather will absolutely pick him apart.
Truth be told, I'd kind of like to see Floyd fight Canelo. Not to say I think Canelo would beat him, but it'd be something different. Contrary to what most people say, I don't think Canelo is "green" at all either. People like to throw that word around, but when i think "green" i think, unexperienced and undiciplined when met with certain styles or pressures that a fighter is not accustomed to seeing. Canelo looked pretty poised and relaxed in his past couple fights and the dudes got like 40 fights so he is not green. Lacking fights against elite competion yes, but not green. I don't know. I just think that fight would be a breath of fresh air. Nobody who hasnt fought a Floyd Mayweather would have seen anything like it previously, but at least hes young fighter ready to prove something with a pair of fresh legs and some pop in his punches. That said, I'm still excited about the Cotto fight. Cotto is my boy.

I think Manny would be able to beat him. Too bad we'll never see them fight.

You just can't...it's impossible. He ducks when he knows he'll get beat.
