Why is it wrong to challenge God?
Often when I ask questions critical of God I get insulted and called an atheist. Isn't God tough enough for questioning?

God doesn't mind the questioning or the challenges. That's how you discover who you are and what your values are. The people who insult you and call you an atheist are needlessly fearful and insecure on God's behalf. You are challenging their narrow and unchanging view of God and they don't want to have to question and perhaps expand and modify their beliefs. God wants you to question and doubt and explore and learn and expand and modify. That's called mental, emotional, and spiritual growth and it's huge part of why we are here.

Just because a mountain is hidden behind a cloud does not make the mountain disappear. You'll never really know until you die. You're not actually questioning God. You're questioning man's understanding. That's not the same thing. However, ultimately, you will face God. There's nothing wrong with questions as long as you are open to the answer. If you already have your mind made up, why question?

People wanna believe there is some supreme being up in the sky because it makes them feel better. And when you come along and challenge that ideology, they get angry at you, because you're messing up their peace.
They have developed a piece of mind from the idea that god is great, and god is good, and if you do right things you'll go to heaven. That literally helps them get through the day, man. And for a lot of people it's a nice, simple box to put the world in. And when you go, look! It's just a box! Throw it away! They go, screw you! Give me my box! They want that box back.
The real problem is when anyone says that they know, that's when it's a problem. No, you don't know man. You're not dead, you're not an alien, you're not from the future, you're not from heaven, you don't know.

Well who ever insults you don't know the "rules" of their own religion. Cause according to christians and others God gave us free will witch means the right to question also. I met a priest who agreed with this and said that is good to question in order to find the answer. To bad most of them lost the track and became indoctrinated in their own religion. .

God doesn't really back down to challenges as much as people would think.
Whatsoever good you will by your free will allow Him to do, He will do.
In the truth of it, His Mercies are beyond human imagining.

Questioning "why" is not wrong. Telling God he's wrong is. He didn't consult you before he made the earth and universe. He was able to do that all on his own.

its not, and those who tell you it is are mindless zombie sheep who adhere to a BOOK that was written hundred of years ago to suit some fat king, some ideas are correct but any normal person can figure out whats right and wrong.. good luck bud,

I am not Christian, and I am sure that many would assume I challenged him, but I don't really recall doing so
