Would Yahoo! Answers be a happier place without best answer?

What if we all got twelve points per answer and we were all the best?

No, liking to win is a primitive response. It makes people try harder. It makes people happy when they get chosen. If I don't get picked as "Best Answer" I just don't think about it. But if I do, then I'm happy! It's a win-win situation!

No, because some people type random characters, give yes and no as complete answers or just say thanks for the two points. These people should be sent to a special area for those who don't really want to play question and answer as Yahoo envisioned it. For the people who have thoughtful questions and answers, I don't think the points or best answer matter at all.

Boo! No. Best answer should get 10 pts. & worst question should lose 2 pts.

It would be nice to be the best all the time.

No, cause I wouldn't feel as special as I do when I do get best answer. (:
